Plain language first
Every term is explained the first time it appears. If a page needs a glossary, the page is written wrong.
Education, never sales
We are not a lender, brokerage, or law firm. Nothing here is steered toward a commission.
Rural and land-first
Most tools assume you are buying an existing house in a subdivision. We assume dirt, septic, wells and long driveways.
Honest about risk
We tell you what can go wrong: failed perc tests, low appraisals, denied loans, wire fraud, and change orders.
