AI tools help explain documents, organize questions, prioritize actions and summarize information you provide. All AI calls happen on our servers. AI provider keys are never sent to your browser.
Deterministic rules first
Your action list is generated by fixed rules based on your answers. AI is used to explain and prioritize those results, not to invent them.
What AI will not do here
It will not guarantee approval, state that you qualify, promise credit-score increases, give legal conclusions, decide whether land is buildable, present estimates as verified, or recommend hiding debts, income, deposits, employment or property conditions.
When something is unknown, the tool must say what is unknown, why it matters, who should verify it and which office or document can confirm it.
Accuracy and review
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Every result carries a disclaimer and a list of professionals who should review it. You remain responsible for verifying anything you act on.
