Account information you provide, the answers you enter into assessments and calculators, documents you choose to upload, support messages, and technical data such as device type and pages viewed.
How we use information
To operate your account, generate your plan and action list, process documents you upload, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product.
We do not sell personal information. We do not send your financial details or document contents to analytics or error-monitoring services.
Artificial intelligence processing
When you use an AI tool, the specific inputs required for that tool are sent to our AI provider through our servers. AI results are saved only when you choose to save them. See the AI Disclosure page.
Storage, retention and security
Documents are stored in private storage accessible only to your account. Access is enforced at the database level, not only in the interface.

Your controls
You can download your data, delete individual documents, delete your AI history, adjust marketing preferences and delete your account. Account deletion removes or anonymizes your records and deletes your private files, except where retention is legally required.
